In any case, if the respondent is unable to submit a reply within the time limit issued in accordance with this regulation, any rightful person or any other person of his single-family family, showing any reasonable reason, shall submit any evidence that refutes the claim of the applicant within seven days from the date of payment of that deadline. If it is done, the tribunal will have to consider the evidence and close the case.
